Jim Bob and his bride, Amy, have been homeschooling since 2002, when their oldest son turned 5. He's now 13 and their youngest is 5, with two in between.

Jim Bob served as Editor-in-Chief of Homeschooling Today magazine and the Highlands Study Center's Every Thought Captive, and Amy wrote as part of the Molly Green's Money-Saving Digest blogging team.
